Enrollment for Religious Formation Classes is now available online! Beginning Thursday, March 17, you may enroll your child or teen for 2016-2017 Formation Classes by clicking Online Enrollment under the Faith Formation tab on our website. This new feature will allow you to enroll your child and pay the associated fees by credit card.
Certain forms will still have to be completed on paper and submitted in addition to the online enrollment form. These are: 1. Form A, which must be filled out for all Middle and High School youth. 2. Form E, which must be filled out for any child that is being enrolled in Religious Formation classes at St. Philip's for the first time.
Enrollment may still be completed using a paper form: these are available in the RE Workroom, at SPY Fides and Fortis, and at the front desk of the church office. You must still pay by cash or check if you use a paper form.
