August 14, 2019St. Philip’s has formed a new Bereavement Ministry to offer resources and support to those who have lost a loved one.
Please join us in welcoming Kitty McQuillen and Betty Thomas as the Lead Ministers for the newly formed Bereavement Ministry. In a collaborative effort, the St. Philip Card Making group has graciously agreed to make cards for this ministry.
The Bereavement Ministry will oversee the bi-annual “Grieving with Great Hope” sessions and the Grief Support group on the 2nd Friday of every month.
Our sincere desire is to help people remain connected to the parish as a source of comfort and healing. If you would like to learn more about this healing ministry can help you, have suggestions, or would like to volunteer, please contact the Outreach Department at 972-353-5756.
