Much of the progress in this stage of construction is happening underground: work on our site utilities includes installing water lines, wastewater and drainage utilities, and connecting to the Town’s infrastructure. As you can see (photos below), the first things to appear “above ground” on our future campus are the fire hydrants. The drains for managing stormwater are also being installed; the wet conditions we’ve had lately remind us just how important these systems are!

Includes the laying of the Phase 1 parking lot, entrance and exit driveways, and fire lane.
