MASS - The most important preparation for becoming Catholic. Please attend any of our Masses. CLICK HERE for Mass Times. We do not have a set Mass for RCIA, but if you are unsure about what is going on you are welcome to attend the 5:30PM Mass. Matt Gill, the RCIA director attends the 5:30pm Mass and is happy to take time prior to Mass to answer any questions you may have. You may also want to attend the Mass that your parish mentor attends and have them answer questions.
Mass is one of the precepts of the Church and keeping holy the Sabbath is one of the 10 Commandments.
To know the Mass, is to know the Faith!
BREAKING OPEN THE WORD - The reading of sacred scripture, especially the Sunday Mass readings is great RCIA preparation. There are set readings for each day of the year (please see modual below). Please do this before you attend Mass. A slow reading of the scriptures as well as at least 30 minutes of meditation on the readings is recommended. Also consider the following Bible Studies focused on the Sunday readings. This is a great time for fellowship and growing in the Faith.
