  • Lenten Mission Mondays
    Lenten Mission Mondays
    March 24 & 31, April 7
    • Our Lenten Mission will be offered over three consecutive Mondays in Lent.  Each evening of our Mission will offer the opportunity for renewal through Word and Sacrament, prayer and reflection.

Our Mission Mondays begin with a dinner and Lenten reflection.  The meal and discussion will close about 5:45 PM, leaving plenty of time to fast and prepare for Mass.  At 6 PM, we will gather in the Church for the Angelus and the Rosary, followed by Mass.  The Mission will close with a Holy Hour, during which Confessions will be offered.

Please join us for Mass and one or more of the Mission events:

      Mission Monday Reflection
Behold, I am with you: Christ Himself is present in the Church, forming us as Christians
The final words of Christ from the Gospel of Matthew are not merely a saying; Christ Himself has remained present in His Church throughout the ages, forming each and every Christian.  He is present in the Church when she prays, as she preaches or performs works of mercy, when the Church offers the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, but also, in the most sublime way, Christ remains bodily present with us in the Holy Eucharist.  Our Lord makes it possible that each of us may encounter Him personally, offering us the most perfect opportunity to become like Him, to become truly “Christian.”

March 24 - Seminarian Paul Trinh
March 31 - Fr. Austin Hoodenpyle, Sacred Heart Parish, Muenster
April 7 - Matt Gill, Director of Formation
