Zach Barton to Move into Full-Time Role at St. Philip’s
St. Philip’s is pleased to announce that our Youth Ministry Department is expanding to two full-time staff members, including our Director of Youth Ministry, Victoria Hamaty, and the newly-created position of Assistant Director, which will be held by Zach Barton.
Zach has been serving St. Philip’s youth for three years in a part-time role as Youth Ministry Assistant, while completing his studies at the University of Dallas. This spring, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology and received the Father David L. Balás Award, which is only given to the two most outstanding theology students in the class. Zach will now join St. Philip’s staff full time, bringing his experience and expertise to his new role in our parish: walking with the youth and aiding them in their faith’s journey to become lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ.
