What is nobler than to mold the character of the young?
I consider that he who knows how to form the youthful mind is truly greater than all painters, sculptors and all others of that sort."

Formed in Faith
Children who attend Formation classes at St. Philip the Apostle will learn about our Catholic Faith with other children at the same grade level. Each year builds upon the previous year, so you are encouraged to start your child in Preschool and continue through 5th Grade. Second semester dates are the week of Jan. 22, 29, Feb. 5, 12, March 5, 26, April 2, 9 and 23.
Please contact Kim as classes have started and there are limited spots available in the sessions.

Preparing for the Sacraments
Preparation for the Sacraments is a separate study course, and is meant to be taken in addition to an age-appropriate Religious Formation class. Students who are preparing to receive Sacraments must have been enrolled in Formation classes for two consecutive years (either at St. Philip's or at another Catholic parish). See the First Communion or High School Confirmation pages for more information.
All Are Welcome
We realize that all children learn differently, and that all children have their own individual needs. If your child needs special assistance of any kind, please make us aware of those needs. By sharing this information, we can then modify class material, recruit additional classroom aides, or advise the catechist of your child's learning differences, Please contact Kim Carr for more information.
Formation Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees are non-refundable. Please contact Kim Carr for specific tuition and fees.
